Begins with Restoring Our Constitutional Elections! 

To the People of Michigan, 

The Republican Party is in a freefall and the thousands of 

PD's in Michigan are coming to realize they have been lied to. 

It is revealed that the RNC/MIGOP entities are public and have partnered 

with government to take away your individual political power and 

fundamental voting rights.  

All 85 Michigan Republican Party County Chairs have received an educational letter 

instructing them on how the Precinct Delegates can Restore All the Political Power 

back to the People and restore our Constitutional Elections, simply by dissolving their

voluntary association with the County election commission.

MAKING THE PEOPLE BOSS OVER GOVERNMENT. 

The 2024 Election is paramount and as the People, it is

Our Duty and Right (the Law) 

to take back Our Power at the Precinct and Township level.

Please review these materials and ACT! Our beloved Michigan and Country is at stake. 

After filling out the Peoples (Notice #3) below, Please contact your County Chair to see if 

they have signed and returned their notice to the Precinct Delegates

This is how the People take the county political party out of the public jurisdiction, making 

it a private political entity, operating in the private jurisdiction.

• Educate the People with the Memorandum and township notice. 
• Paper Ballot, Show ID, One-Day Voting, only, at the township. 
• Restoring the Constitutional Republic requires the people to know their rights and powers provided by the constitutions and fundamental law.

Please see the information below for the Precinct Delegates to educate the people about their constitutional rights.  

1.  “Notice of Clarity to Precinct Delegates: the Michigan Republican Party is a Public Entity and Various Republican Party Members are Voluntary Agents of Government” via County Chairs.  County chairs are to sign and send email receipt notices to the precinct delegates. 
2.  “Notice and Demand for Elections Prescribed by the People and Immediate Corrective Measures” Via (Resigned) Precinct Delegates. The precinct delegates will fill out the notice provided, forward the chairs signed notice they received in an email, and  send it to township officers. The delegates will be one of the people at this point and share with the people. Precinct delegates will share this notice “Authority and Duty of Township.
3. "Legislative Officers" to Restore the ‘republican form’ of Constitutional Governance”, and the “Memorandum Regarding Elections” with the people.
